Each of the Horizontal Travel Robot Arms for our HTA0 model have a length of 130 mm (5.1 in, 13 cm). The grip section roughly adds 9 cm (3.5 in) to the overall length.
The effective range is measure at the end of each of the 130mm arms, as indicated by the red dot. The operating range is very similar to a standard Robotic Arm, but as you can see in the below image, it is rotated by 90 degrees, which gives it a larger displacement along the Y axis.
The arms can support a wide range of motion, but have some mechanical limitations due to its design. These calculations are already factored into the operating range, and the image below illustrates the angle ranges you can expect from this model.
